Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stone

Question: Quick question I know I have a stone in my right kidney which was not blocking anything. Sometimes I feel pain in my right hip especially when the weather is cool or cold is that normal or that mean the stone is moving or because of something else.

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The pain from the kidney stone it is not localized in the hip but more in the side just where the ribs end. So, I don't think that the pain in your hip is because of the kidney stone.

I think it is more related with the joint there, maybe osteoarthritis, especially if you had any fractured bone in the past. An X-ray or even a visit to an orthopedist can rule that out.
