Brief Answer:
yes do show to a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the image but clinical examination is needed to assess jaundice extent.
Most of the newborn babies develop jaundice by day 2 to 4 and this settles in a few days.
There can be multiple causes including normal liver maturation, blood group incompatibility, etc.
There is no reason to worry as the jaundice will settle if physiological.
But sometimes the jaundice increases ( the best way to identify this is by taking your baby to a pediatrician ), treatment like phototherapy may be needed.

My advice
1. Take to a pediatrician
2. Sunlight may not be of much help. It will not bring down jaundice levels.
3. Ensure frequent feeding and good urine output this will make jaundice go away quicker.
4. No medicines are required as of now.

Wishing your baby good health
Regards
Dr Arun
