Suggest Treatment For Itchy Small Pimples On The Right Foot

Posted on Thu, 9 Mar 2017
Question: I have small red bumps on my right foot. They itch and burn. The heat makes them worse. Sometimes I get them on other parts of my body. Mainly in the warmer areas, underarms, under my bra. The only thing that helps is cool packs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the query.

From what you describe about red, small bumps in those areas, I could remember hot tub folliculitis. This is classical in this condition. As soon as person gets into cooler area and stop hot tub bath the follicles recede.

I suggest you to upload two pictures under sun light that helps me understand the problem better. There is upload feature on the right side of the page please use it.

I would be able to comment better in such a case.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
