Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Bumps On The Feet

Question: I have these itchy bumps that have come up on my feet. Any idea what they are? A few days ago it was 1 and each day it seems another comes up. Itchy.

Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Images

I can see scattered, red bumps on feet in these Images.

I would keep a possibility of Insect bite hypersensitivity i.e papular urticaria.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to apply a topical moderately potent steroid cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, 2x daily for a few days.
In addaition I would suggest you to take a tablet of antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening. This would help revieve itch.

Thank you. I am a grappler wrestler and spend a lot of time on sweaty mats with others. This doesn't look like staph infection does it?
