Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Body

Question: Hello,

I have a red rash 2 days back, it is really itchy now the same rashes are having black dots, should I be worried.

I have these rashes(pic) on left shoulder blade too. Also I am getting acute sensation on left elbow.

Looks like insect bite hypersensitivity reaction

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve them.
