Question: I have a hot itchy burning spreading rash. what can I do for it? should I go get treated? I don't know where it came from.i also have chills. its making me sort of sick to my stomach too. my lip swelled and got numb a couple times yesterday, but no problem there since then.

According to your complaints it seems to be a viral rash.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily and apply soothing lotion like calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
If you find the symptoms getting worse then definitely consult a doctor.
