As per details, it seems that you are suffering from Candidial Balanitis. It is fungal infection of skin involving glans.
It is characterised by white colored deposits with red colored lesions on genitalia associated with itch.
I will advise you to get your Blood sugar levels done.
In such cases, i prefer to advise oral Antifungals like Fluconazole and topical Antifungal cream like Clotrimazole/Miconazole/Sertraconazole.
You may take Antihistaminics like Levocetrizine for symptomatic relief.
Treatment is given to the partner also in case married.
I will advise you to visit your doctor so that he may order test for you and give you prescription.
