I feel very exhaustive due to irregular bowel movement.

I tried to live healthy life style.
I get up at 6:00 in the morning and go for running. I run 3-4km daily and do some physical exercise 5-6 days a week and 1 hr each day. I also go to bed at 11:00pm in the evening.

I drink 3-4 litre of water. I take salad, fruits and sprouts daily to maintain fiber in the diet. To improve digestion I take curd daily in lunch.
I have 5th type of poop as shown at this site XXXXXX0/bowel-movements-segmentation.aspx

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

Although all your symptoms are quite related and I am almost sure about your diagnosis, I would like you to make an observation for me before we can completely confirm the diagnosis. Do you experience your symptoms especially after having any of the below mentioned food items:
-Chocolates
-Popcorn
-Milk or dairy products
-Gluten containing food
-Oily/fried/fatty food
-Spicy food
-Alcohol
-Coffee
-Tea
-Some vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, beans. brussels, sprouts, peas, onions, etc.
-Carbonated drinks
-Sugar containing drinks
and a few other less common triggering factors.

Please start observing what food items trigger your symptoms, and write back to me with them.

My current preliminary diagnosis is irritable bowel syndrome. Please write back to me for any further clarifications, and to confirm the diagnosis you will have to get a colonoscopy done when your symptoms are aggravated. You could also schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

Please also know that I am always here to help you. Write back to me for any further clarifications, and I shall be here to help.

Best wishes.
