Brief Answer:
You can take Tranexa.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The irregular and heavy bleeding that you are having can be due to mild hormonal disturbances in the perimenopausal age group. The heavy bleeding can be controlled well with Tranexa. You can take it twice a day till the bleeding reduces. Be careful to add iron supplements to your diet to combat the blood loss that you are having. In case the bleeding is not controlled with Tranexa then you will have to consult your gynecologist for a hormonal treatment.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
