Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Abdominal Pain

default
Posted on Mon, 14 Nov 2016
Question: I'm having intermittent pain in the upper abdominal it comes on about every 10-15 minutes and last for about 15-20 seconds. I recently came back from Havanna Cuba and drank a lot and didn't get a lot of sleep. The pain is pretty bad but doesn't last. I feel like I have watery stool but only little. I felt fine on the plane back.I just had some water and tums and feeling a little better, I'm tired and think this could be a sign I'm drinking to much.I'm lean and in good shape, I workout and stay away from sugar and don't eat junk food. I was a personal trainer for 15+ years

Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your question has answers in it. Too much drinking and recent travel has led to gastric discomfort like gastritis and needs avoiding alcohol and take some supportive antacid remedies like pepto, nexium and i am sure the pain will subside. Its good that your diet and lifestyle preferences are good and devoid of junk foods.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
