Question: heel of the foot seems infected. it is swollen with fluid a little blood in the heel of the food. no external cut. painful to the touch.

I have seen the attached image. The heel seems infected. The collected fluid needs to be drained after an incision. Proper oral antibiotics and local debridement is needed to control the infection and to prevent the further blackening of the skin. Do consult an orthopedician for proper treatment.
