Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Health anxiety, also known as hypochondria, is a common problem. Fortunately, there is an excellent treatment for it, known as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

This is a once a week psychotherapy meeting with a therapist for an hour to discuss these problems and different and more effective ways of thinking. I strongly recommend it.
