Suggest Treatment For Hypertension Inspite Of Using Bisoporolol

Question: hello. taking bisoporolol 5mg and ramipril 10mg. only started the hypertension meds five weeks ago. my bisoporol was 2.5 and now is 5mg. Over the last 2 days ive had trouble swallowing and im a bit breathless. ive also had strange visions. like pictures racing threw my mind. ive got costocronditis also. I don't take any meds for costo. as the painkillers don't help.

Brief Answer: Hi and welcome to HCm Detailed Answer: It can be side effect of bisoprolol but also it can be hypotension period caused by antihypertensive drug. You need to reduce dosage and before taking the pill you should measure BP. if bp is less than 130, you should not take bisoprolol since it will cause too much BP fall which can lead to symptoms that you ve mentioned.
