Brief Answer:
You might be having food allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having food allergy.
You are having skin hives, diarrhoea and mild shortness of breath, all are suggestive of food allergy more.
So better to consult doctor and start treatment.
You may need antihistamine and anti allergic drug. If you are having bronchospasm then inhaled bronchodilators should be given.
Once this episode is over, get done allergy testing to know the possible allergens.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.

Brief Answer:
You should consult doctor and start injectable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Since you are facing the similar problem even after drugs, in my opinion you are having severe allergy.
So you may need injectable antihistamine and steroid to control it.
So better to consult doctor and start injectable drugs.
Avoid high protein diet as proteins are very allergic in nature in susceptible individuals. Drink plenty of fluids and ORS (oral rehydration solution ).
Hope I have solved your query.
