Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis of both hips with Osteoporosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have low back pain that radiates to the lower limbs?

Any tingling or numbness?

You could be suffering from Osteoarthritis of both hips and weak bones or Osteoporosis.

This could lead to body pain, Muscle weakness, back pain as well.

It is best to eat a diet rich in calcium and Vitamin D like Pulses, cereals, eggs, chicken, lean meat, cheese, Nuts. Also go for daily walk for at 3:00PM for good sunlight exposure to enhance bone strength. If you aren't able to walk due to the arthritis, so apply a sunscreen lotion and get 20 minutes of sunlight exposure everyday.

Do get a DEXA Scan to see the severity of Bone weakness, get an Xray of both the hips to look for arthritis.

Take Tablet Acetaminophen and Tramadol combination or just Acetaminophen for pain relief. Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Keep well hydrated with 2 litres of water daily.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
