Brief Answer:
Visit a nephrologist

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

You should definitely consult a nephrologist as the raised creatinine level indicates a compromised kidney function. His blood needs to be tested for fasting blood sugar and HbA1c level and a DTPA scan needs to be done to assess renal function.

Unless he has bony pain, nothing needs to be done for the raised uric acid level except for taking allopurinol during episodes of pain and flare ups.

Brief Answer:
Kidney function deteriorating

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

The faltering kidney function should have led to the kidneys not being able to eliminate the excess water and that could lead to the swelling of legs. Visit a nephrologist at the earliest.
