Brief Answer:
INCREASE THE DOSE TO 100 MCG FOR NOW.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi ! welcome to HCM! I am Dr. Minal
Firstly, congratulations for your baby. Good that you are maintaining a good thyroid profile. As of TSH , it is definitely little high for pregnancy cut off. You need to increase the dose to 100 mcg for now. Kindly repeat thyroid profile after 15 days. Please check TSH and FT4 this time as per the pregnancy guidelines.
As far as diet is concerned , you are doing good, please continue same. It will not affect the baby in all probabilities. general guidelines suggest baby's evaluation 72 hours after birth. please do that. keep your thyroid profile strictly controlled for next few months. recheck your thyroid profile regularly and keep a close follow up.
regards!
