Question: I HAVE A VERY LARGE HEMATOMA IN MY LOWER BACK GOING ON DOWN INTO MY LEFT BUTTOCKS IT IS SO PAINFUL THAT i CANNOT WALK OR EVEN LAY ON MY BACK IN BED, MY PRIMARY PHYS. SAID THERE IS 2 TO 2 AND A HALF CUPS OF BLOOD, WHAT CAN BE DONE FOR THIS? IT IS VERY DEEP. AND SO PAINFUL. please help me thank you

But if this is a blood clot or an abscess, incision needs to be done and blood clot evacuated. Please do not wait with it as sooner or later it will get infected and turn into abscess.
