Brief Answer:
Sounds like a URTI to me requiring the below mentioned regimen

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Seems to me like you are suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection (URTI), and your tonsils not being there may just make it a little more comfortable for you.

In such a situation, the recommended treatment regimen is the following:

+Antibiotic coverage (E.g. azithromycin, ciprofloxacin)
+Mucolytics
+Exepctorant syrup (e.g. guaifenesin)
+Anti-pyretic (e.g. tylenol)
+Sips of warm water through the day
+Keep warm (dress warm)
+Steam inhalation as and when tolerated
+Anti-histamine (e.g. levocetrizine)

I understand that each country has its own pharmaceutical rules and policies, which is why I would like to request you to get back to me on the availability and your access to antibiotics.

If you can easily get antibiotics from your medical store without a prescription then let me know so that I can give you the name and dosage. But if you cannot then please let me know if you have any antibiotics at home (names, dosage, and number of tablets) so I can let you know if we can use any of them. You can also choose to visit a doctor if you wish, but if you do not, then we have the above listed options ma'am.

I hope you find relief and hopefully this is nothing serious. Please do not hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
