Suggest Treatment For Headache And Neck Pain While On Xanax
Question: Hi i took 0.25 xanax for the past two days, have awful withdrawal today! Crazy headache and oanic attacks, i cant stand up from my bed, i have neck pain. Can i take valeriana to help with it? Or inderal? Pls help. I didnt take xanax before. Just past two days and yesterday i took 20 mg of inderal with it as well.

Ok can i take my inderal 40mg today? I have muscle twitches when im nervious and today i must do a presentation:( can i take valeriana a few drops and 40mg for the twitches? Im scared that my heart beat will go too low . I now have blood pressure of 109/76 and heart beat ranges all day from 55-70

Yes Inderal can be taken but since your heart rate is in lower range so better to avoid because the drug will reduce the heart rate further. If you have presentation then you can take 20 mg Inderal which would not cause much change in heart rate. Take plenty of water and fluids. You can take Valeriana few drops or even 0.125 Clonazepam (if you have presecription) too which will also reduce the twitches and anxiety prior to presentation. Try to remain relaxed the anxiety will be under control with these medicines.
