Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump On The Penile Shaft

Question: I have got one hard lump on right side of penile shaft. There are no other lump any where. I am very much worried. Lump doesn't pain. Only when I tried to poke it pain a little. Color is skin color. No reddish. I have habit of masturbation. Please let me know what could be reasons. I am very depressed.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it appears that you have a Sebaceous Cyst over shaft of the penis .

The penule skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cysts due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin. Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Take antibiotic like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week .

If it does not subside consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment. If required it may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac)
