Hi.

Seasonal hair fall is an issue in some individuals.

You may take an oral Biotin supplement once daily for a month e.g Tab Revilus (marketed by dr.Reddy's pharma in India) Or Tab. Proanagen (marketed by Curatio pharma in India).

You may also apply Folica Medicinial hair Tincture, once every alternate night, in the scalp.

Since dandruff is also responsible for increased hair shedding. I would suggest an antidandruff shampoo e.g Triatop 2% solution, every alternate days. Apply Folica tincture, the night before and shampoo it off next day.

No side effects. Folica can cause a slight burning sensation in the scalp for 1-2 minutes, don't let it trickle on face.

Triatop solution/shampoo is for dandruff. It contains 2% ketoconazole (marketed by XXXXXXX and johnson). Nizral 2% shampoo is also an OTC ketoconazole based shampoo.
