Brief Answer:
you need to see proctologist first

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Most probable this is caused by hemorrhoids and this is the first thing to think of. However, I suggest to do red blood count to see how significant this bleeding is. If there is anemia, then you need to do colonoscopy to rule out some more serious bowel diseases. Till that try to eat more milk products, probiotics, vegetables, high fibre food, avoid chocolate, alcohol, fried food and smoking. Drink plenty of fluids, best water or fruit noncarbonated juice. avoid carboanted drinks.
Wish you good health. Regards
