Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination

Question: I am suffering from frequent urination since 3 years and have gone under various tests like HIV, EPS, Urine culture, Uroflowmetery, trans-rectal ultrasound and colour doppler, ultrasound KUB. All the test results came normal. while finding solutions on internet I came to know gonorrhea and chlamydia could be a potential reason for the frequent urination.
I want to know should I take tests for these two also. If yes What are the names of the tests?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have frequent urination since 3 years and almost all the relevant tests done re normal and are not conclusive to find out the cause for same .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex with unknown woman during past ?
2) Did you have urethral discharge any time ?
Both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are sexually transmitted diseases acquired through unprotected sex with infected female.
3) Are you diabetes if so is it under control ?
4) Do you have urgency for urination ?
5) Have you ever consulted Urologist and got your Endoscopic Examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) done ?

Frequent urination without any positive evidence of infection or organic cause could be due to Over Active Bladder .which can be confirmed by doing Urodynamic study of bladder .

Here is the answer for the questions asked.

1) Did you have unprotected sex with unknown woman during past ? - Yes but unfortunately condom got broke.
2) Did you have urethral discharge any time ? - Never Noticed
Both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are sexually transmitted diseases acquired through unprotected sex with infected female.
3) Are you diabetes if so is it under control ? Yes diabetic but good control.
4) Do you have urgency for urination ? - Yes quite often
5) Have you ever consulted Urologist and got your Endoscopic Examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) done ? - Yes consulted Urologist many times but never got my Endoscopic examination done.

Thanks for feedback and providing all details.

Urgency with frequency for urination without any positive evidence detected on relevant tests is mostly due to Over Active Bladder (OAB).

Start taking anti muscuranic drug like Tab Darifenacin once daily .It takes 2 weeks to seethe desired levels after you start taking drug and will need to take drug for 3-4 months .
