To recapitulate: Male /23 - has frequent urination problem - not visited Doctor and no comment on medications tried...

Please give me more detailed history so that I can assist you the most.
- Since when have you got this problem?
- Any other associated problems like:
burning sensation,
pain in abdomen or anywhere else like scrotum,
fever and/or chills,
any investigations done and
any other information that you would like to share.

Please give details so that we can discuss further.
The first things to do are:
- Send the sample of urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity exam
- also the blood for CBC, Sugar, urea and creatinine.
- Ultrasonography examination of the whole abdomen particularly for genitourinary system.
- To get started then, with proper antibiotics and supportive therapy.

As such i don't have any other problems apart from that
and i had a doubt of sugar so i went for it but there was no sugar

23 years is a too young age to have diabetes.

Since you do not have any other symptoms, please get the other investigations as advised and post the reports.
