1. in what chest area the pain is localized
2. is there any relationship with breathing? Does it become worse with inspiration
3. Is there any relationship with posture and movements
4. Is there any relationship with physical activity
5. is there any relationship with meal
6. how long does it last
7.do you have any other diseases
8. do you have someone in your family who had a heart attack
9. are you overweight
10. Do you have any other symptoms
11. how long you already have these complaints

upper right chest. breathing gets worse with pain. standing makes it worse. i feel like i am going have a heart attack during sex. no difference with food.last 1 hour normally. had 3 heart attacks over 15 years ago. this has been going on 4 two months now. i am not overweight. 6'3 215 pounds

You pain seems to be a muscle pain. The complaints are not typical for heart issues.
I would advise you to take Ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times a day after meal, if there will be no relieve in 3 days, then see your doctor for full examinations.
