Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Acute Gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Your symptoms are suggestive of Gastroenteritis. Gastroenteritis is commonly cause by viral infection. Green tinge in stool while having diarrhea, this is because of presence of bile pigments which is present in stool undigested due to decreased intestinal transit time during diarrhea.
You can follow a liquid based diet like soup for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Fluids containing electrolytes like Gatorade will be ideal. Follow BRAT (Banana, Rice, Apple sauce, and Toast) diet until the acute symptoms subside.
The diarrhea will subside in few days (4-5 days).

If the symptoms persist/there is no improvement, diarrhea worsens ,if you develop abdominal pain or you notice blood in stools please be advised to follow up with a primary care provider. These symptoms indicates a bacterial infection which require treatment with antibiotics.
