- You can take over the counter medicine Tab. Azee 500 mg once daily after food for 3 days, Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when needed for fever and headache. You can take Syp. Tus QD 10ml two times a day for 2 days.

- Drink plenty of fluids. Drink warm water.

- Steam inhalation helps.

- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

In case your symptoms persists or worsens it is best to meet your physician or ENT specialist for a detailed examination.
