Brief Answer:
sounds like skin irritation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I have also seen the photos uploaded by you.

I am seriously considering the possibility of the lesion being secondary to the wearing of tight clothing.

I think that if you start to wear more loose clothing, it may help. The tight clothing leave pressure marks on the skin. The blood circulation is reduced when you are wearing tight clothing. When it's off, the circulation returns bringing with it the itching.

When the problem becomes long standing, the itching may be more permanent.

The best way to control the symptoms is by wearing loose clothing, and try to avoid scratching. You may try a combination of antifungal and steroid cream. Keep the site dry.

Best of luck.

Brief Answer:
Keep the skin dry.

Detailed Answer:
I believe that the possibility is that the use of steroidal cream alone increases the risk of developing a more severe infection. The use of the antifungal along with the steroids may help.

In view of the additional information, I suggest that you use the powder instead of creams.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
