Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
It it is a wart, then it should be treated at the earliest. Warts are caused by Human Papilloma virus. They have very high tendency to spread over body by koebner phenomenon.
Various treatment modalities are available for warts. The best treatment is removal of the wart by Radiofrequency/ electrocautery under local anaesthesia.
Other treatment options are chemical cauterisation, cryosurgery, removal by laser, topical lactic acid and salicylic acid lotion application.
Still I will advise you to upload the image of the lesion so that I can see to it and help you to my best.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
