Brief Answer:
Most likely androgenetic alopecia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to androgenetic alopecia. In this case hair fall will be more in crown and frontal area. Thyroid profile and iron profile should be done to rule out hypothyroidism and anemia which can also cause this.

Applying minoxidil solution 2 % is helpful for androgenetic alopecia. This should be used for long term to get effect and should be continued also. Using ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly along with this will be helpful also. Dermatologist also presecribe soy palmetto based supplements like androanagen which is good also.

Hair grow supplements containing biotin, other essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids like follihair or keraglo helpful to nourish hair growth.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
