Brief Answer:
Erosio interdigitalis blastomycetica

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

I read history you gave about disease in your fiance. There may be eroded lesion in toe web. It may be candidal infection caused by candida albicans. It may be superadded by secondary bacterial infection. That might be responsible for greenish white discharge. He may be having discomfort, difficulty in walking, burning pain and itching..

After this much history, I feel that your fiance may be having most probably candidal intertrigo of toe web also called erosio interdigitalis blstomycetica.

Still, He should consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

Blood investigations may be done to rule out DM,HIV and other immunocompromised conditions.

He may take antibiotic like cefixime, antifungal like ketoconazole and anti inflammatory nimesulide.

He may apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid along with antifungal cream like clotrimazole. Cleanse the area with antiseptic liquid like savlone liquid.

He should keep the affected area dry.

I hope this would be helpful for his treament. You may post the photos of affected area. You may ask questions still, if you want.

Thanks..

With best wishes..
