Question: I am 29 years old. Got married just 3 months back. initially sex life wad excellent. since past 5 days I am not able to gain erection.
I guess it could be related to my present lifestyle. after marriage, I am not able to sleep much. I am sleeping for 3-5 hours daily. unable to do exercise too.
How can I cure this? Is my testosterone level low?
can change in lifestyle resolve this or do I need to take medicine. A friend recommended me Pushpdhanwa Ras Tab or Manmath ras tablets. I am really scared as this can finish my married life. Please help.

Brief Answer:
Stress is the factor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.Thanks for writing in to us with your health query.. I have gone through your query and understand your concerns completely.
Since you were enjoying your sex life few days back itself says that there is nothing wrong with you. It is just due to stress. Stress is a very big factor which is mostly ignored as a cause of sexual dysfunction. I would advise you to practice Yoga daily. Its a great stress buster. Also sharing your problems at work place with your partner is also helpful. Try to exercise daily. You can try ayurvedic medicine but you don't have any disease. If you have any other query please feel free to discuss.Regards Dr Manisha Jain

Pushpdhanwa Ras And Manmath Ras are Ayurvedic medicine. Will it be ok to use them for some time.
