Question: Hi, my age is 25+ I am facing erection problem, I use to masturbate while watching porn very often long time ago but I observed changes in penis shape it was becoming bit curve from being straight while fully erected then after some time I observed penis is not getting erected properly while masturbate after that I started avoiding masturbate but still I am facing the same issue if I masturbate my penis don't stays straight as it used to be it fells down after some seconds and a kind of bent downward, I never had a sex please guide me through this although I am trying to avoid masturbate and its like once a month but I am not noticing any improvement in erection, many thanks

Erectile Dysfunction is inability to get hard erection so that one is unable to penetrate vagina and perform sexual intercourse.During erctio blood flow to penis is increased 12 times more than normal and outflow of blood is blocked by closing of the veins .This trapped blood causes penis to get enlarged and to become hard so that one can enter female vagina.This is a very complex process and involves many systems in the body.
Whenever there is defect in this process the trapping of the blood is disturbed that results into penis not getting enlarged and becoming hard whic his called as Erectile Dysfunction.
