Question: Hi, Its been 6 months to our marriage and still we are unable to perform sex. I used to masturbate since I was 15 but never new I had phimosis. But after some help from the internet regarding the phimosis exercise, I overcame it. Now, I am able to slide foreskin over the glans. But the problem of insertion is still there. Whenever, I am trying to insert my penis into her vagina, it looses its tightness. We both are very depressed. Should I take Viagra? Will there be any adverse effect of viagra on my health?

Brief Answer:
You need a detailed assessment to fix the problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing HCM
I suggest that you to consult a surgeon or urologist to check if the phimosis is truly resolved because partially corrected phimosis can result in sexual dysfunction.

Your main problem seems to be inability to maintain erection which could be due to psychological reason like inability to focus on sensations , venous leakage causing loss of hardness, dysfunction of perineal artery causing loss of blood supply to penis while trying to insert, or vaginismus in your wife, lack of adequate knowledge or other mental conflicts.

A detailed assessment by a sexologist can pin point the exact cause. You can visit www.vivanhospital.com for help.
