Question: hello doctor,

I have not had sex for a long time (close to a year) but occasionally masturbate. I am married for 6 years now and I am 39 years old.... Now am planning to have sex with a sex worker.... My penis when erect it not too firm and hence am planning to take penegra 25mg before sex... Your recommendations pls

Thanks a lot for your response Dr. And one final query from my end.

What are the exercises and food items (vegetables & fruits) that i should consume for natural erection and stiffer penis. I dont want to depend on supplements like Penegra in the long run. For your information I am non vegetarian.

1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
