Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that you have diabetes. Please confirm although you mention your HbA1c level to be normal. Now, when you say prostate dysfunction do you mean erectile dysfunction? You have no prostatomegaly or BHP and so I do not think that the problem lies in the prostate. Erectile dysfuntion can occur due to a number of causes. It needs to be ascertained whether you get involuntary erections at times or is it none at all. Treatment with vasodilators like sildenafil or tadalafil can be done effectively. When you mention no ejaculation it needs further clarification whether you mean that you are able to reach orgasm or is it dry orgasm. I would wait for the clarification of these queries based on which I would guide you further.

Let me know if I could help further.

Diabetes is secondary, with no symptoms? Could neuropathy affect prostate dysfunction -no climax or ejac. Penis is stimulated but no effect on prostate.
I am also on many drugs for Neuropathy and myoclonus and immune suppression.

The initial question was, "is there a treatment for neuropath affecting prostate dysfu nction", If so, what? Tnhanks agan, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Methylcobalamine supplements can help

Detailed Answer:
Diabetes, be it primary or secondary, can lead to neuropathy as well as erectile dysfunction (there is nothing called prostatic dysfunction, the prostate does not cause ejaculation). You need to get evaluated by a surgeon who could check if retrograde ejaculation seems to be a likely cause.

Neuropathy can be treated partially but not totally. Taking Methylcobalamine (Vitamin B12) supplements 1500 mcg per day often helps.
