Brief Answer:
R.kidney stone alone needs treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

Having gone through your reports, the right sided kidney calculus(stone),is the only one, that needs active treatment.

The cyst is a simple cyst, as seen on the CT scan and only needs regular follow-up.
The prostate gland isn't significantly enlarged, as seen on the scan and may not need active treatment, without symptoms.

The stone can be treated with conservative management.
The stone is not causing any complications at present and may pass off spontaneously, with the following measures :

1. drink 12-15 glasses fluids daily.
2. Take Potassium magnesium citrate (syrup or tablets),twice daily.
3. repeat scan in 1-2 months time,to confirm if stone has passed.
4. Your triglycerides are elevated, and will need statin treatment.

Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.
