Brief Answer:
Use foam, hair serum

Detailed Answer:
Hello Shikar,
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
The hairfall pattern you are sufferring from is called Androgenetic alopecia and is dictated by male hormone testosterone.
The treatment you are receiving currently for it seems to be pretty fine but it is causing you some trouble by leaving your hair dry and fizzy.

Morr-F or Tricosilk solution all of them contain Minoxidil as key ingredient which helps in hair growth. Solutions are formulated to have alcohol as base which after
application evaporates leaving behind whitish residue which in turn makes your scalp and hair look dry and scaly.
The best option for you is to change the formulation from solution to foam which is available with many leading brands like Dr Reddys (MINTOP 10 FOAM).
Also for improving the texture and quality of hair you can opt for following measures:
1.Use a mild shampoo for rinsing of hair on alternate day.
2. Use good quality conditioner after shampooing your hair on regular basis. (TRIFLOW conditioner)
3. After hair wash use a good quality hair serum like (Q sera BLACK) to keep your hair healthy and protect damage from sun and pollution.
4. Avoid excessive use of hair oil.

Hope this was useful.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thank you and take care

Brief Answer:
Hair serum, minoxidil,

Detailed Answer:
Hello Shikar ,
1. You can use 8X shampoo once a week to keep your scalp clean and free of dandruff.
2. Hair serum can be applied on daily basis especially before going out in sun.
First apply Morr-F lotion over affected areas of scalp and then after half an hour you can apply serum all along the length of hair. ( Morr F is basically for scalp and serum is mainly for hair shaft )
3. I think getting Triclenz shampoo and Triflow conditioner wont be much issue as its by a leading company Curatio. Still if you cant fine them go for Xgain shampoo with inbuilt conditioner by Cipla.
Hope the answer was useful.
