Brief Answer:
Dizziness may be due to hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness with diarrhoea may be due to volume depletion and hypotension. You should get your blood pressure measured.
Take fluid and electrolyte supplementation.
If dizziness is associated with walking difficulties or swaying then possibility of post viral vestibulitis or cerebellitis may be there.
For now take rest and enough fluid and electrolyte. Probiotics may be taken. Antibiotics for loose stool is required if there is blood in stool or fever.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
