Brief Answer:
Should undergo CT scan head and Paranasal sinuses

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what your closed one had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, though these symptoms can be associated with antibiotics side effects or primary illness but keeping in view the history of concussion and history of Paranasal infections, he should undergo CT scan brain and Paranasal sinuses as well as desired neurological examination including pupils, fundus examination and signs of meninges irritation. These symptoms can't be ignored in such settings. If needed may be asked by a MRI by a neurologist.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
