Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Pinched Nerve In The Neck

Question: I woke up with a kink in my neck, relieved it with heat, but my balance is "off" Sight dizziness also. Could this be a pinched nerve in my neck, or what?

There are many causes for dizziness and balance problems. It could be coming from something in your neck so I am glad you called your doctor.
It could be from an inner ear or middle ear problem.
It could even be from some mild dehydration if you have not been drinking enough fluids.
Low blood pressure is also a possibility so you should check your blood pressure soon.
Make sure you are well hydrated and getting some regular exercise. Be careful not to fall and don't try exercise while you are dizzy or having balance problems.
If it is not from the neck issue or blood pressure but from the ear, your doctor may need to refer you to an ENT for further evaluation.
I hope this is a temporary thing but it is best to see your doctor and try to get to the bottom of what is causing it.
When you get up from lying or sitting do it slowly and hold on for a few minutes until you feel more steady.
