Brief Answer:
Did you sustain any trauma? are you in pains?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this displaced tendon. Did you suffer from any trauma or what is the possible cause of this? are you in any pains right now?

If you are in pains, then ice packs and pain medications such as tylenol, panadol, ibuprofen, etc at doses recommended by your physician would be helpful. If you suffered an injury, you would need to get a detailed physical exam and may be an x-ray to tell what the exact problem is so as to manage adequately/

In all, take pain medications if in pain. If you sustained any trauma, I will suggest you get a doctor's consultation for full examination and management.

I hope this helps. I am always available to respond to further inquiries if need be. I wish you well and thanks so much for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Yes, bandage it and limit mobilizations to reduce pain!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest you bandage it and avoid further mobilizations to reduce pains. Also, take pain medications as suggested above. Keep me updated about this tomorrow. If possible, send a picture of this finger for inspection. This may provide clues as to hat the possible problem is.

I wish you well.
