Sores on limbs after iv use of meth is very common. First step is prevention. Please do not use meth further.
Chances are there that sores might have infected or may get infected and causing discomfort.
For relief you can take over the counter diclofenac or ibuprofen with Serratiopeptidase after food 2-3 times a day.

To prevent/treat infection you need antifungal medicine like fluconazole and/or antibiotic amoxycilin-clavulanic acid and for that your sores need to be examined by doctor. After evaluation doctor can prescribe you medicines.
