Brief Answer:
try zinc and lactose free formula

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually loose stools and vomiting is viral infection and may last a week before settling.
Vomiting is the first to settle which has happened in your child too.
Loose stools take time. Even if infection is settled ( less fever as indicator) there are few common reasons for persistent loose stools
1. Lactose intolerance is temporarily the common reason. You need to give lactose free formula like isomil atleast for a week or two.
Decrease breastfeeding and stop cows milk.
2. Zinc is essential to control stools and recovery. I usually prescribe around 10 mg once daily for 2 weeks.
3. Continue econorm along with zinc.
As long she is thirsty and drinking and passing urine atleast six to eight times a day no need to worry.
If she becomes dull with low urine consult with your pediatrician
I do hope she will recover soon.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
