i missed my periods for 10 days daily one at night foe five days pregnancy test was negative so doctor prescribed me primolut nor 10 mg she told if u were pregnant it wil prolong otherwise u wil get periods .
i want to reconsult with u pls help me iam confused how it wil prolong

Primolut- n is a progesterone hormone which is given in your case for withdrawal bleeding ( as your period is delayed and your pregnancy test is negative).
Progesterone is given to induce withdrawal bleeding in the oestrogen primed epithelium.( hormone level falls due to withdrawal of hormone and induce bleeding ).
If you are pregnant it will not cause withdrawal bleeding.
In my opinion you should go for pregnancy test from morning urine sample before taking the drug.

My doubt is if I was pregnant I won't get my periods after using tat primolut nor tablet am I right
