Suggest Treatment For Decaying Of Teeth In Child

Question: My Younger Son who is 8yrs Old , All his front theets are decaying & become Black even after daily brushing with Oral B, But still no improvement , Previously it was said that by the age of 7yrs the same will all & new theets will be coming up but still the theets are gone smaller but not fallen so pls advise what has to be done wheather we need to still wait further , Will other new theets going to be spoiled or defaced , How to control the pain which is mostly during the Night.

As far as the decayed front upper teeth is concerned, i have two possibilities.
It can be because of the improper oral hygiene maintenance or it can be because of the prolonged use of nursing bottle. Prolonged use of nursing bottle, particularly before going to bed may result in caries. Nothing to be panic, these teeth will exfoliates and permanent teeth will erupt. But consult a pediatric dental surgeon and take a radiograph to confirm the presence of permanent teeth inside the bone.
