Suggest Treatment For Dark Circles Around The Eyes

Question: There are dark circles around my eyes. I am computer professional and have dry eyes. I use Tear Plus to moist my eyes. But i want to get rid of the dark circles permanently. Please suggest whatever method can be used. I also wear specs

This needs looking into your general health.Proper diet,inclusive of vitamins and minerals,exercise and rest will do you good in the long run.
Diet with sprouts,vegetables,fruitsand vitamin supplements.
Daily 6 km walk followed by yoga.Do eye movement exercise every 40 minute for 5 minutes.
Adequate rest.
These lifestyle changes will do you good.

I am an avid sports person and am cycling twice a week which is pretty intense 800+ calories each time. Also I am doing a boot camp workout twice a week. I take "one a day" multi-vitamin tab which i juggle up with other multi-vitamin tabs as well in a week.
So at the moment am not doing any eye movement which I will include. But is there any other option cosmetically or anything.
