I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Thanks for the excellent image which clearly shows the redness inside the throat. She has sore throat which could be due to bacterial or viral cause. None of these need to be treated with antibiotics as both are self-limiting and recovery occurs in a week.

Gurgling with lukewarm water is the mainstay of treatment. Paracetamol can be given if needed. Steam inhalation should help in reduction of the cough.
