Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Clogged Ears
Question: Could I have a parasite, for two weeks I've been constipated and have been having anxiety/panic attacks plus clogged ears, congested head, and lightheadedness. Plus today I had a bowel movement and noticed white specks in my stool

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The symptoms that you have mentioned are not related to each other. Constipation and white specks in stools could be due to a parasite. This will require a confirmatory test of microscpic stool examination for confirmation. but lightheadedness and anxiety attacks are not related to the parasite infestation.
For that you need to get the anxiety disorder treated separately. Anxiety disorder can be treated with escitalopram or mirtazapin or paroxetine. I generally prescribe my patients escitalopram 10mg for anxiety and they show significant improvement in 10 days time.
